Hello you wonderful people,
Launching my blog earlier this week I was really really touched by all the positive reactions I got, likes and messages and just so many encouraging words :) Thank you all so much for that ♥
On the first day the facebook page already received over 100 likes and that calls for a little celebration and with that – celebration brownies :) One of my best friends brought back a brownies recipe from Australia, and every time she made these for us we all couldn’t get enough!!
Here is what you will need for this recipe:
- 230 gr dark chocolate
- 130 gr butter
- 140 gr flower
- 210 gr sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 package of bourbon vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
Melt 200gr of the dark chocolate together with the butter in a small cooking pan. After everything is completely melted, let it cool down. (If you are in a hurry, you can just put the pan in the fridge)
Mix together the flower, baking soda and salt
Once the chocolate-butter paste has cooled down mix it with the eggs, sugar, and bourbon vanilla sugar.
Mix everything together (the flower mix and the chocolate mix). Chop up the leftover 30gr of dark chocalte and mix them into the dough as well.
Put everything into a casserole dish and spread it out evenly. Depending on how thick you like your brownies you can use a bigger or smaller dish.
Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes
If you want to get that real brownie taste you should take the dish out of the oven right before the brownies are „baked“ all the way. Because you do want your brownie to still be „gluey“ on the inside right? If you have some brownies left over, share them with your friends, and if you still have leftovers you should best store them in the fridge :)
Let me know if you liked this recipe :)
